The Information Group for Asian American Rights (TIGAAR) was formed in 2003 and is a collaboration between Government agencies, NonProfit, and Community organizations who work together to provide outreach to the Asian community in the Greater Houston area.

Justice and Equality (J&E) in the workplace was formed in 2001 and is a collaborative effort between Government agencies, Consulates, NonProfit, Faith-Based, and Labor who work together to provide outreach to the Hispanic community in the Greater Houston area.
